Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) LOUD™ is a clinically proven method for treating speech and voice impairments in patients with Parkinson’s disease.

This four-week intensive program, often referred to as LOUD therapy, helps you improve effectiveness as a communicator by focusing on one target, “Think LOUD!” The therapist will work with you to address difficulties in speaking and practice using your voice so you can have improved communication at home, work, and in the community.

Feeding therapy involves your child working with our speech language pathologist to identify and treat underlying difficulties with feeding including difficulty with breast or bottle feeding, increasing textures of food, chewing or swallowing, trying new foods, problem behavior during meal times, tongue or lip ties, cleft lip and/or palate, and feeding tube.

Depending on your child’s underlying feeding concerns, whether they be sensory, motor, or a combination of both, your therapist will devise a sensory motor approach for working on addressing the underlying barriers to your child’s ability to eat an age-appropriate meal.
